Safety trainers - Men's and Women's Safety Shoes

Look smart, really impressed with them for the price. My husband works in construction so they get pretty messed up and I have washed them a couple times, they come up brand new everytime.

I ordered a size 10 and they sent a size 9, so I wasn't best pleased

The Backpacker Life size guide is wrong. My son is size 13, but they sent a size 46 which is size 11. When I asked for a refund, I discovered that their 'refund and returns policy' says "Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange." They did in fact offer me an exchange, but I would have had to pay for both shipping costs - for the postage back to France (where they are based) and to receive the exchange goods. The whole process is unclear and unhelpful. In the end I chose to abandon the shoes and give them to a charity shop rather than pay more money for shoes which might still not fit and for which I would have to fight for a refund.

Although the conversion rate for size is a bit off, they still fit my feet, been wearing them for a week and ive had no issues with them so far.
